Covid-19 has truly changed our world. Sheltering in place is the right thing to do; but don't confuse sheltering in place with hibernating in place.
The world must go on, together we must find ways to continue our careers, follow our passions and keeps our spirit alive. Whether it's learning how to connect and communicate in a new way, creating a new routine for your day, or finally taking the time to reorganize and revitalize your personal space I want you to know that I am here for you.
The most simple things can make a huge difference during this period. Allowing yourself to fall into the habit of lounging in your pajamas and not exercising self care are a dangerous trap. I'm truly devoted to all of you and I know we can get through this together with a spiritual and practical goal.
I know many of you depend upon the emotional, physical, and creative support my work provides as well as the uplifting effect of feeling that you are still on track in your life.
